This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Vizroa ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Vizroa mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
By creating an account or using Vizroa, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Vizroa provides an AI-powered platform for:
3.1. You must register an account to access certain features.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.4. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of images you upload to Vizroa. By uploading content, you grant Vizroa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce such content solely for providing and improving the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you own the resulting images created using Vizroa's AI tools. However, you acknowledge that similar or identical content may be generated for other users.
Note on AI Content: Vizroa utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms that may produce similar outputs for different users requesting comparable modifications or generations. You acknowledge that your AI-generated content does not grant you exclusive rights to similar visual concepts.
All underlying technology, algorithms, software, and design elements in Vizroa are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our technology.
You agree not to use Vizroa to:
Our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and content. By using Vizroa, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the application settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZROA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
